With the mission of “Bringing out brilliance, and coloring the world with individuality,” we produce branding initiatives that draw out the hidden genius within people and organizations and make it visible to society. In addition, we develop and provide educational programs in collaboration with local governments and learning institutions, aiming to create opportunities for individuals to discover the unique brilliance within themselves.

THOUGHTS ON FOUNDING

In my first year of university, I launched an agriculture-related startup and worked on developing and selling home gardening kits. Sales didn’t go as expected, and I realized that it’s not just the product itself, but the story behind it that truly moves people. That experience led me to become fascinated by storytelling, and I began to dream of living a life surrounded by people and things filled with stories. Then, I met the ultimate coffee enthusiast—someone so passionate that he could identify the exact roasting machine used just from tasting a single cup of coffee. His deep devotion reminded me how powerful ""obsessive love"" or hen’ai can be, and how beautiful it is when someone pursues what they love to the extreme. With the belief that everyone holds a hidden spark of brilliance within, I founded Kisai Inc., a company that uses branding to bring each person’s unique genius and passion into view. I continue to devote myself to building a world where everyone can pursue their own excitement, surrounded by stories that inspire.
