For companies, we provide consistent recruitment support services ranging from business organization and design of recruitment requirements to planning and operation of internships. Our company has a practical training environment that includes long-term internship experiences and student entrepreneurs.

THOUGHTS ON FOUNDING

Suffering from acute lymphocytic leukemia at the age of 5, he became acutely aware of the preciousness of limited time. Therefore, he decided to create a world where people can explore what they essentially want to do and become passionate about it. At the same time, he launched a community business while still in college in order to support those who feel alone in this world. Focusing on the fact that many students lack opportunities for career development and limit their own potential, he aims to create a “career development ecosystem from Okinawa” by enhancing non-cognitive abilities and basic social skills through exploration and practice, and by providing mid- to long-term career support in collaboration with companies and the community.
