BUSINESS SUMMARY

"Tida Intern", operated by Tida Solutions, is a long-term internship job platform connecting Okinawan students with companies. We provide career support for students and recruitment consulting for companies. Additionally, through commissioned web application development, it supports corporate DX efforts, creating an environment where students can take on challenges and businesses can grow.

THOUGHTS ON FOUNDING

Students in Okinawa have far fewer opportunities for long-term internships compared to those in urban areas, lacking environments to gain practical experience. As a result, many struggle to acquire the skills and experience necessary for job hunting. During my time at university, I searched for long-term internships but found little information. I contacted over 20 companies directly, receiving only a few responses, and was finally accepted by one. This experience made me keenly aware of the lack of opportunities for students to take on challenges. To address this, I launched the service "Tida Intern," which visualizes long-term internship opportunities. By providing career support for students and recruitment consulting for companies, I aim to create a system that simultaneously fosters talent development in Okinawa and supports corporate growth. My goal is to build a society where ambitious students can thrive in the right environment.
