BUSINESS SUMMARY

Our company was founded on March 19, 2024. Our main business activities include the development and manufacturing support of environmentally friendly "Shima Concrete" products and new materials using plant resources, material development support utilizing materials informatics, software development related to the inspection and deterioration diagnosis of structures, training of technicians for inspection, diagnosis, and maintenance of social infrastructure, and related consulting services.

THOUGHTS ON FOUNDING

Through my encounter with civil engineering, particularly concrete engineering, I learned about the mechanisms for ensuring safety and security in society. My subsequent introduction to geopolymer concrete revealed the potential for utilizing industrial waste and contributing to a decarbonized, resource-recycling society. The discovery of plant-based concrete (botanical concrete) further informed me of the possibilities for carbon-negative solutions and the remarkable potential of plants, enabling the development of new materials. Following a serious illness, I was motivated to use my life, which I felt had been given a second chance, to contribute to something that would benefit the bright future and smiles of children. This led me to leverage my expertise and technology to start my own business.
