BUSINESS SUMMARY

In April 2024, I founded a company to contribute to the development of local talent by creating spaces for children through science education. The Ryukyu University is engaged in next-generation talent development projects like "Ryudai Hakase Juku" and "Ryudai Kagakuin." Through these initiatives, the university has developed educational programs and expertise in educational assessment. By broadly disseminating this knowledge and the university's talent development know-how to society, we aim to cultivate future leaders.

THOUGHTS ON FOUNDING

From my time as a university student in the Faculty of Education at Ryukyu University, I engaged in various educational activities, including private tutoring, teaching practicums, and serving as a mentor in Ryudai Doctor Juku and Kagakuin. These experiences taught me the importance of developing qualities and skills in students that are difficult to measure through written exams alone. Through hands-on scientific experiments and research activities, I felt a deep commitment to nurturing children’s innate talents and fostering a mindset that empowers them to forge their own paths. Inspired by these insights, I founded my venture as a member of the "Team School" initiative, aiming to support schools and create a community space centered around science where children can gather and grow.
